Reiki I

Service Description

Anyone can learn Reiki and acquire the ability to offer it to oneself and to others. There is no pre-requisite for learning Reiki. Reiki I is the starting level of Reiki training. It is about understanding the foundations of Reiki with a focus on self-healing. In this Reiki class there will be lecture, discussion, practice, and experience. Covered Topics What Reiki is, - how does it work Reiki history and ideals Standard hand positions for treating yourself and others Japanese Reiki techniques, including: Gassho meditation, Byosen scanning to detect where Reiki is needed How to conduct a Reiki treatment on yourself and someone else.
