Service Description

Dr. Jonas will introduce some health related aspects of the Sun, the Earth, the Moon and Water by way of Circadian Biology, Mitochondria and Grounding. The benefits of UVA and UVB and Infrared light, as well as Red Light are getting wide use and discussion in the Holistic Community. A quick review of the spectrum of light and the function of mitochondria leads into further information about the Fourth Phase of Water and Energy flow from the ground to the body.
