Service Description

Did you know when you apply anything to your skin, many of the chemical components are in your system within seconds? Do you know what foods / supplements are essential for smooth skin? In the first part of this class, you will learn the key components of great skin from a nutrition / supplementation perspective. Acupressure “face lift” points will be taught. The second hour, you will have the experience of giving yourself a facial with the use of pure Aromatherapy products and immediately notice improvement in skin texture and tone. If possible, come to class without makeup as it will need to be washed off prior to the facial experience.
