Do you know in about 5 days after this class, you can be adding wonderful nutritious greens into YOUR eating plan! In this class we will discuss the nutritional benefits of adding sprouts to YOUR food plan. Some sprouts are powerful anti cancer foods, some are amazing at balancing blood sugar. We will also discuss and demonstrate the ease of growing sprouts in your own kitchen. You will have the opportunity to taste several different types of sprouts and learn how to use them in cooking / meal preparation.
